What is the fluid package for producing pp>?
Could do you clarify why isn't there the formula or the name of product of (polypropylene in HYSYS)??
(C3H6)n = n (C3H6)The value of n can be from 10000 to 100000. Other components are acting as just catalyst, Co catalyst & steriomodifier which are deactivated & removed from final product.
Reaction1: TiCl4 + H4Si + H2 + C3H6 + C6H15Al > (C3H6)n
Temperature: 82 C
Pressure: 28 brag
Conversion: 80% for formation of Polypropylene Powder
Recidence Time: 1 hour
Product Purity: 100 wt %
No by Products
Propylene mass flow rate: 25295.8 kg/h
Hydrogene: 1.4 kg/h
H4Si (Silane): 1.4 kg/h
C6H15Al (TEA): 7.6 Kg/h
TiCl4 (Ziegler Natta) Z.N. catalyst: 2003.8 kg/h
Production of PP pellets per year= 170000 MTA
Bagging Requirements depends on customer's demand:
25 Kg bag >>>>>>>
In one layer= 5 bags
8 layers= 40 bags
11 layers= 55 bags
15 layers = 75 bags

Jumbo bag of 1 ton capacity
